What We Offer a Crisis Services Nurse:
We offer competitive compensation, a full benefits package and career advancement opportunities.
- Minimum rate of $28.35 for LPN
- $3000 employment bonus for FT (pro-rated by FTE)
- Minimum rate of $35.87 for RN
- $4000 employment bonus for FT (pro-rated by FTE)

Primary duties include:
- Assess individuals for admission using a medical stability approach.
- Assess physical health, using a brief health assessment
- Deliver care for minor physical health challenges.
- Collect vitals, medical, and substance use history
- Treat minor wounds
- Administer medication with orders from the center provider
- Facilitate escalation of care when clinically indicated
- Help develop and refine center policies and procedures.
- Documenting all necessary information in patient charts
- Other duties as assigned
- Current Indiana LPN or RN license
- Two years of post-degree psychiatric experience in a similar position preferred
