Senior Payer Policy Analyst

A company is looking for a Sr Payer Policy Analyst to assist with policy and alliance development activities.

Key Responsibilities Collaborate with management teams to understand technologies and provide insights on payer policy Attend payer meetings to communicate policy concerns and monitor payer policy updates Assist in developing responses and strategies on key legislative and regulatory issues

Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and 5 years of relevant work experience (or 7 years of work experience without a degree) Prior experience in genetic counseling and prior authorizations Experience in a clinical or business setting Familiarity with insurance guidelines and payer policy Experience in healthcare revenue cycle management
