Key Responsibilities Conduct telephonic patient insurance education and support within compliance parameters Identify and communicate opportunities to improve patients' insurance status and alleviate financial burdens Act as a liaison to resolve patient insurance issues and maintain relationships with field partners
Required Qualifications , Training, and Education High School Diploma or equivalent required Minimum of one year of experience with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance plans preferred Minimum of one year of experience in a healthcare organization preferred Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required Bilingual/Spanish speaking required
