Key Responsibilities Perform ongoing data analytics and review program performance metrics Identify trends and key areas of opportunity for accurate reporting of quality outcomes Serve as a resource for internal customers and clinical staff regarding the Clinical Documentation Integrity program
Required Qualifications Associate of Nursing or Associate Degree in Health Information Management or related field 2 years of clinical documentation integrity and/or inpatient coding experience RN with active state licensure OR certification in RHIA, RHIT, CDIP, CCDS or CCS Knowledge of Inpatient Coding and Clinical Documentation Integrity Skills in data visualization software like Tableau or Power BI
