About Our ClientOur client is an established home health organization with over 20 years of experience in the industry.
Job DescriptionAddison Group is hiring a Homecare Coordinator for our client, a growing home health organization launching and expanding newer office locations.
Qualifications- Minimum of 3 years of experience in homecare or home health in a coordination or similar operational role
- Hands‑on experience with caregiver scheduling, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding
- Working knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, and Managed Care Organizations (MCOs), including understanding how coverage guidelines impact authorized hours and scheduling
- Experience supporting marketing initiatives, community outreach, or administrative projects
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable in a growing office environment
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Manage client scheduling and ensure appropriate caregiver coverage based on authorized service hours
- Coordinate caregiver assignments while maintaining compliance with insurance and payer requirements
- Participate in interviewing, onboarding, and training new caregivers
- Monitor attendance, timekeeping, and staffing needs
- Collaborate with intake and billing teams to ensure accurate documentation and service alignment
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients, families, and internal team members to support quality care delivery
- Address scheduling conflicts or service concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Provide general office support including phone coverage, email communication, and document management
- Maintain organized and accurate client and caregiver records
- Assist with insurance verification processes and ensure service documentation supports billing requirements
- Support marketing efforts, community outreach initiatives, and special events as needed
- Contribute to special projects that support office growth and operational efficiency
