We have immediate openings for On-Call Caregivers who can provide companion support and caring assistance for our community's most vulnerable.

- Minimum 18 years old
- Positive attitude, great communication skills, and ability to work independently
- A solid personal character with an empathetic personality
- Valid driver's license
- Must be able to pass both a criminal background check and drug screen
- Must be comfortable performing personal care and grooming, meal prep, and light housekeeping
- Must be able to begin your day at 6:00 a.m. based on the needs of the office
- In order towork as a Home Health Aide for Purpose Care in the state of Indiana, you will be required to complete 59 hoursof online training through Care Academy prior to starting employment, and 16 hours of hands-on training following your start date. The enrollment fee for this program will be paid for by Purpose Care, and no cost to you. If you have already completed this Home Health Aide Competency Evaluation Program, you can submitthe appropriate documentation and will be exempt from repeating training.
