THE PIG Hotel in the South Downs, Arundel, is seeking a Head Sommelier to lead our wine journey from vineyard to glass. You will shape a guest-facing program that celebrates Sussex and English wine, working closely with the Senior Leadership Team and Group Head of Wine to deliver memorable experiences.
You’ll inspire a high-performing team, curate a dynamic wine offer year-round, run tastings, tours and events, and build relationships with local producers to showcase the region’s best.
