Are you an experienced Human Resources professional seeking a dynamic role? Join our Kulzer team as a Human Resources Coordinator
, where your expertise will be pivotal in streamlining HR functions and providing essential support to employees and managers. Your duties span seamless communication, recruitment assistance, employee records management, and enhancing overall HR efficiency. As a coordinator, you'll spearhead new hire orientation scheduling and facilitation, oversee our employee vehicle program, and deliver exceptional customer service. Your role also involves preparing for employee engagement events and contributing to HR projects, requiring robust organizational skills and computer proficiency.
This role ensures efficiency, compliance, and confidentiality in all HR functions while providing a welcoming and supportive environment for associates.
This part-time role would work up to 25+ flexible hours per week. This role is eligible for a hybrid-workplace (at least one day a week worked at home) for the right candidate.
Responsibilities- Assist with maintaining HR, safety, and training records.
- Conduct or assist with recruiting, onboarding, and employee orientation.
- Respond to employee questions regarding policies, procedures, benefits, payroll etc.
- Answers frequently asked questions relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc. Refers more complex questions to appropriate senior-level HR staff or management.
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
- Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource information and records.
- Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
- Assists with planning and execution of special events such as benefits enrollment, organization-wide meetings, employee recognition events, luncheons, holiday parties, and other events.
- Comply with all safety and company policies and procedures.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Provide daily support to associates, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely, professional manner.
- Maintain HR office operations, supplies, and resources such as nametags and equipment.
- 2–4 years of HR administrative or coordinator experience preferred
- Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems (Workday and ADP) preferred
- Strong organizational, follow-up, and documentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional discretion and confidentiality
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to prioritize and work independently
- Service-oriented and responsive
- Ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels of the organization
