IT Manager

As the IT Manager you will play an integral position within our client’s Information Technology Department. This will involve assisting in a variety of essential job functions that include the support of a Microsoft infrastructure.

• Supporting an IT infrastructure
• Perform hands‑on support
• Lead a team of IT professionals
• Research and plan upgrades and maintenance of current infrastructure
• Work closely with other executives to continue company growth from a technology perspective
• Training staff on latest market trends and technologies
• Communicate effectively, both written and verbal, to both onsite and remote employees

We are looking for an experienced IT leader who combines strong leadership and organizational skills, with solid prioritization and attention to detail abilities. You must have sound judgment and strong reasoning skills, as well as good analytic and problem‑solving abilities. It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

• Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience
• Experience with maintaining an IT infrastructure
• Experience working in a multi‑site organization
• Strong communication and project management skills
• Experience presenting to executive level employees
• Ability to work efficiently independently as well as part of a team
