Description POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for coordinating, auditing and monitoring the development and testing of the departmental and corporate disaster recovery plan.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Educates computer users on disaster recovery guidelines and plan development requirements.
  • Schedules, monitors and reports plan testing to the management recovery team.
  • Evaluates and reports plan updates and maintenance to the recovery team.
  • Remains current with the industry in the areas of disaster recovery processes and appropriate governing requirements.
  • Assists with data security functions.
  • Regular and predictable attendance is an essential requirement of the position.
  • Responsible for the completion of all compliance training related to the position.
  • Must understand all applicable banking laws and regulations that apply to the position and comply with the requirements.
NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Performs all other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS
  • One (1) to three (3) years experience preferred or equivalent experience in a related field preferred.
  • Prior data security experience.
  • Prior MS/Network/LAN experience preferred.
  • Good PC skills--proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel essential.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Well developed written and verbal communication skills.
EDUCATION

Bachelor's Degree or MSCE certification preferred.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

Ability to travel to all locations as needed for meetings, projects, seminars, etc.
