Operations Coordinator

Description:
This role will support day-to-day fulfillment, shipping, inventory, and administrative operations at our HQ office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily fulfillment and shipping from the HQ office.

• Coordinate with UPS representatives to ensure daily pickups are completed.

• Maintain accurate inventory counts for samples, marketing materials, packaging supplies, and other HQ inventory.

• Monitor packaging and shipping supplies and reorder as needed.

• Enter and maintain shipment tracking information in the ERP system.

• Track orders and shipments through customer portals and internal systems.

• Maintain IT equipment inventory and communicate equipment or supply needs.

• Assist with resolving shipping, inventory, and fulfillment issues.

• Maintain operational trackers and records as needed.

• Support the Operations team with additional day-to-day tasks and project

Required Skills and Experience:

• Two or more years of operations, shipping, or administrative experience

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

• Clear written and verbal communication

• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel

• Comfort working with data, trackers, and reports
