In this role you will keep the transportation industry rolling and safe. You will be responsible for all tire related services throughout the fleet.

• Safety‑minded, ready to help customers at their highest time of need.

• Directly responsible for all tire related services throughout fleet including mounting, installation, inventory, preventative maintenance, repairs, and documentation.
• Emergency Roadside Service (ERS) during business hours performing flat tire repairs or replacement.
• Night service 24/7 performing roadside flat tire repairs or replacement.
• Ensuring preventative maintenance best practices including yard checks, visual inspections, tread depth checks, air pressure checks, identifying abuse and irregular wear patterns, and all related documentation.
• Following the proper guidelines for the mounting and dismounting of tires.

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, physical environment, lift up to 50 lbs repetitive, twist, push/pull, bend, squat, climb, stand, walk for extended periods.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, ability to drive a commercial pickup truck including F250 or F350.
• Must be available for on‑call and after‑hour service rotation, own reliable transportation.

• Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm with overtime as needed.
• Mandatory on‑call rotation 24/7 per business needs (usually a set schedule).
