Service Master Clean by G&I:
Janitorial Cleaning (Part-Time, Monday‑Saturday, Evenings, 6pm‑8:30pm)

Service Master Clean by G&I is now hiring for multiple positions in the South Bend and Mishawka areas.

• Steady work schedule, 2–3 hours per day.
• Set shifts with no unexpected schedule changes.
• Work is at the same sites each day/night.
• Training programs. Janitorial experience is a plus but not necessary.
• Pay rate starting $12.00 + depending on experience.
• Background check may be required for some sites.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Monitor and inspect assigned work area while performing duties to verify compliance with site‑specific procedures, scope of work, and company standards.
• Participate in training programs covering safety regulations, procedures, efficient/cost‑effective methods of cleaning, and equipment preventive maintenance.
• Empty, clean, and damp‑wipe all waste receptacles and remove waste paper and rubbish from premises to designated areas.
• Vacuum all rugs and carpeted areas in offices, lobbies, and corridors.
• Dust and wipe clean all office furniture, file cabinets, fixtures, paneling, windowsills, air‑conditioning diffusers, wall grilles, and all other horizontal surfaces.
• Remove all finger marks and smudges from vertical surfaces, including doors, door frames, light switches, private entrance glass, and partitions.
• Damp‑mop or clean any spillage in office, stairwells, and public areas as required.
• Keep janitor's closet clean, neat, and in orderly condition.
• Sweep or dust mop hard floor surfaces.
• Other jobs and duties as identified or assigned as needed.
