Evening & Weekend Janitorial

Service Master Clean by G&I is now hiring for multiple positions in South Bend/Mishawka areas.

Part-time, Monday–Saturday, evenings (6:00–8:30 PM); may require a background check. Requires reliable transportation and minimum age 18.

• Steady 2–3 hour shifts per day
• Set shifts with no unexpected changes
• Work at same sites each day/night
• Training programs; prior janitorial experience is a plus but not required
• Pay rate starting $12.00 per hour, varies with experience
• Background check may be required for some sites
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Monitor and inspect assigned work area to ensure compliance with site‑specific procedures and company standards
• Participate in training covering safety regulations, efficient cleaning methods, and equipment preventive maintenance
• Empty, clean, and damp‑wipe waste receptacles; remove waste paper and rubbish to designated areas
• Vacuum rugs and carpeted areas in offices, lobbies, and corridors
• Dust and wipe all office furniture, file cabinets, fixtures, paneling, windowsills, air‑conditioning diffusers, wall grilles, and other horizontal surfaces
• Remove finger marks and smudges from doors, door frames, light switches, private entrance glass, and partitions
• Damp‑mop or clean spillages in office, stairwells, and public areas as required
• Maintain janitor's closet clean, neat, and orderly
• Sweep or dust‑mop hard floor surfaces
• Other duties as identified or assigned as needed
