Cleaning Support Technician

Clean Team is hiring a Cleaning Support Technician for the South Bend, IN area to assist our management team and support daily operations. This role is ideal for someone dependable, flexible, and willing to step in where needed to help keep our sites running smoothly.

Applicants should have a strong work ethic, be reliable, and able to adapt to changing schedules or locations. Prior cleaning experience is preferred but not required. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required, as travel between locations may be necessary within the South Bend area.

• Fill in open shifts.
• Assist managers by guiding and supporting team members on site.
• Complete general cleaning and deep cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, restroom cleaning, and detailed deep cleaning projects.
• Work independently as well as alongside a team.

• Strong work ethic and reliability.
