Job Summary
Havel is seeking a Project Manager to lead the installation and commissioning of Temperature Controls systems. You'll oversee all phases of project execution-from engineering and programming to installation and closeout-ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
* Develop and execute control system implementation plans tailored to client needs.
* Lead cross-functional teams including engineers, programmers, and installers.
* Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
* Manage project documentation, RFIs, change orders, and field surveys.
* Support technical troubleshooting and commissioning efforts.
* Ensure compliance with budget and schedule targets.
* Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience.
* 5+ years of experience managing HVAC or control system installations.
* Strong understanding of HVAC and hydronic systems.
* Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
* Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours as needed.
* Regular and reliable attendance, including the ability to work extended hours and weekends as required.
