A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Contact Operations.

Key Responsibilities Manage operations and staff of the Central Scheduling department to meet departmental goals and maximize service utilization Ensure efficient operation of the Contact Center, improving workflow and customer satisfaction while meeting performance targets Conduct ongoing analysis of department productivity and implement process improvements to achieve quality goals

Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree Five years of experience in a consumer-centric organization managing large teams, including three years in a contact center or medical environment Experience leading multiple teams and driving process improvements Strong computer skills and functional knowledge of systems and applications Knowledge of medical scheduling and terminology is preferred
