Job SummaryShambaugh & Son is looking for a Fire Alarm Manager. In this position you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Fire Alarm Division.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Responsible for the growth of a regional Fire Alarm Department (Kalamazoo & South Bend)
- Ability to sell and execute projects.
- Review inspection reporting and price deficiencies as required.
- Responsible for the ordering of all Fire Alarm parts
- Responsible for the hiring and management of Fire Alarm Technicians.
- Manage all personnel and projects in the Division.
- Other duties as assigned
- 5 years’ experience in Fire Alarm
- Expert level estimating and job costing experience preferred
- Experience in working with General Contractors
- Experience in high paced work environment.
- Ability to communicate well with others and lead a team
- NICET ll or willingness to obtain
- Regular and reliable attendance, including the ability to work extended hours and weekends as required
