Plant Manager II - South Bend, IN
$110,000 - $130,000 base + Annual Bonus
Full-Time | ONSITE | Reports to Regional VP

We're urgently seeking a dynamic, results-driven Plant Manager II with metals industry experience to lead our South Bend operations. Lead plant operations to consistently meet or exceed customer expectations.
Drive measurable improvements in on-time delivery, service levels, and lead-time reduction.
Build and develop a high-performing, cross-trained workforce.
Implement and sustain lean manufacturing practices for safety, quality, delivery, and cost improvement.
Partner with Sales to align production capabilities with growth goals.
Maintain equipment through strong preventative maintenance programs.
Identify and resolve bottlenecks to maximize throughput without sacrificing quality.
Monitor KPIs and ensure responsive, data-driven decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams-Sales, R&D, Quality, HR-to drive plant success.
5-10 years of operations leadership with measurable performance improvements.
Proven success in lean culture development and tool implementation.
Metals manufacturing experience (fabrication, finishing/machining, assembly).
Strong knowledge of OSHA safety standards and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication, change management, and team-building skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or related field preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ERP/WMS systems.
Base salary $110K-$130K + annual bonus
3 weeks PTO + option to purchase 5 additional days
