** Job Overview:*
* We're looking for a dependable and motivated  
** Production Worker
** to join our South Bend team. This role blends production and sanitation responsibilities, keeping operations running smoothly and ensuring a clean, safe work environment. Candidates with strong forklift skills, prior food production experience, and a solid work history will thrive in this role.

* Key Responsibilities:

*
* + Operate and support packaging line activities, including product handling, labeling, weighing, sealing, and palletizing.

+ Assist with product changeovers, material staging, and line clean-up to minimize downtime.

+ Perform routine sanitation tasks, maintaining food safety and quality standards.

+ Follow SOPs, safety protocols, and sanitation schedules.

+ Monitor product quality on the line and report issues promptly.

+ Handle cleaning chemicals and equipment safely.

+ Maintain accurate documentation of production and sanitation activities.

+ Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.

+ Operate forklifts and other powered industrial vehicles to move materials efficiently.

* Qualifications:

* + High school diploma or equivalent required.

+  
** Forklift experience is required.*
* + Previous experience in food manufacturing, production, or sanitation is strongly preferred.

+ Longevity in prior roles is a must - we value candidates with a stable work history.

+ Ability to lift up to 25kg, stand for long periods, and work in varying temperature environments.

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

+ Flexibility to move between production and sanitation tasks as needed.

+ Willingness to work overtime or different shifts if required.
