Industrial Cleaner

Hubot, Inc. is a contract development and manufacturing company (CDMO) specializing in liquid and aerosol filling for personal care and pharmaceutical marketers. We are seeking an experienced Industrial Cleaner to join our fast‑growing team.

The Industrial Cleaner supports the Production Department by cleaning chemical spills along the production lines and is knowledgeable about reactions between chemicals. The successful candidate will communicate with the Production Lead regarding products in process, respond to spills promptly, and also maintain cleanliness in non‑production areas and the Parts Cleaning Room.

• Clean and maintain all processing and non‑processing production areas, including Industrial Parts, line conveyors & belts, indoor and outdoor industrial machines, and floors and walls as needed.
• Clean Cleanroom equipment and utensils.
• Record all operations in logbooks and controlled documents.
• Report to the team leader/supervisor any issues that might affect quality or production.
• Respond promptly to radio communication for production spills.
• Understand and learn correct chemical usage for spills and know the dangers of mixing hazardous chemicals.
• Remove trash from the building.
• Dust warehouse equipment.
• Notify Maintenance of any equipment failure that may cause production line spills.
• Work flexible hours, including holidays, weekends, overtime, and special assignments.
• Lifting up to 40 lbs., working overhead, and standing for extended periods.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience working in environments involving:
  • Liquid and aerosol filling operations
  • Personal care or pharmaceutical manufacturing (a plus)
  • Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) or other regulated production environments is beneficial
