Double Tree by Hilton Downtown South Bend is seeking an experienced Engineering Supervisor to lead our Engineering Department. This hands‑on role oversees daily maintenance of a 293‑room hotel, coordinates preventive maintenance, and ensures safety compliance and efficient operations.
You will train and coach the engineering team, manage work orders, assist with scheduling and inventory, and respond to guest requests with professionalism.
