Excellent benefit options

Also, there is a 401(k) with an enhanced contribution and matching program. Rate of pay for an MRO Specialist will start out at $22.57 per hour and progresses to $23.57.
This position will be first shift from 6:45 am to 3:15 pm.
The MRO Specialist is responsible for, but not limited to receiving stores, and issues equipment, material, supplies, or tools and compiles stock records in stockroom and throughout the plant site. This position is responsible for contributing to a safe workplace and minimizing negative environmental impacts by complying with the EHS policies, procedures, work instructions outlined in the EHSMS Training Assessment for this position.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Performs a physical count of inventory, maintaining records in SAP inventory system.
- Performs special inventories on a regular basis.
- Supplies specified areas of the plant with items requested from the tool crib area.
- Performs shipping (MRO) and receiving duties on a daily basis.
- Regulates gate access for receiving shipments and other miscellaneous deliveries
- Counts, sorts, or weighs incoming articles to verify receipt of items on requisition or invoices.
- Stores articles in bins, on floor, or on shelves, according to identifying information such as style, size, or type of material.
- Fills orders or issues supplies from stock.
- Prepares periodic, special, or perpetual inventory of stock.
- Distributes stock among production workers, keeping records of material issued.
- Moves or transports material or supplies to other departments, hand or other powered industrial trucks.
- Maintains inventory and other stock records, using computer terminal.
- General housekeeping duties as defined by Stores or Maintenance Manager.

- Promotes and actively supports a safety-first workplace culture, identifies and reports unsafe conditions, and stops work when necessary to ensure safety.
- All team members abide by the location’s Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) policy which is enforced by the local leadership, complies with the legal and other requirements and operational controls established under its EHSMS, works towards achieving established objectives and targets, and conforms to procedures consistent with the ISO 14001 standard.
- All team members will understand all the environmental aspects of his/her job. An employee should report, and if necessary, stop any activity that does not conform to the policy or may injure himself/herself.
