We're looking for a Sign Fabricator who enjoys working with their hands, solving problems, and taking pride in producing quality craftsmanship. If you're detail-oriented, dependable, and enjoy building things that last, we'd love to meet you.

• Fabricate custom signs using aluminum, ACM, steel, plastics, acrylic, and other sign materials.
• Read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and production work orders.
• Assemble channel letters, cabinets, monument signs, dimensional letters, and architectural signage.
• Operate fabrication equipment including saws, routers, brakes, shears, welders, and power tools.
• Measure, cut, drill, route, assemble, and finish materials with precision.
• Perform quality inspections to ensure every project meets Hayes Design Co.'s standards.
• Work closely with the production manager and installation team to meet production schedules.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Assist with packaging and preparing signs for shipment or installation.

• Manufacturing or fabrication experience preferred (sign industry experience is a plus).
• Ability to read blueprints and shop drawings.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to quality.
• Ability to use hand tools and fabrication equipment safely.
• Able to lift 75+ pounds and work on your feet throughout the day.
• Positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Welding or electrical experience is a plus but not required.
