We understand that flexibility matters. That's why this opportunity is available as either a W-2 employed position with full benefits or a 1099 independent contractor role with competitive salary.
Our opportunity provides:
- Flexible scheduling 2‑5 days a week
- 6 weeks vacation time / 46 working weeks per year
- Overtime after 9 hours paid at $250 an hour for both W-2 and 1099
- No nights/no weekends/no holidays
- Provide a safe, high‑quality anesthesia administration in a modern ASC setting including patient monitoring, airway management, and pain management
- Confident in emergency response and crisis management in the perioperative setting
- Values collaboration, transparency, and high‑quality patient care

- Strong analytical, interpretive, and problem‑solving skills
- Detail‑oriented in maintaining patient‑related information and documenting patient progress
- Exceptional patient interaction demonstrating a friendly, approachable demeanor, effectively resolves customer complaints, and applies strong customer service principles to ensure a positive experience
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Maintains necessary certification, licensure, hospital privileges
Current CPR certification, ACLS, PALS, and BLS are required
Education
:
- Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) or a Doctor of Nurse Anesthesia Practice (DNAP)
- Must be accredited by the Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs (COA)
- Pass the National Certification Examination (NCE) administered by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)
- State licensure in Indiana as a CRNA
