Openings- Full‑Time Night Nurse
- Part‑Time Night Nurse
Positions will require weekday hours and every other holiday.
Weekend hours may be necessary on occasion to meet resident care needs.
Pay Rates- LPN: $30.60 – $34.76 per hour + shift differential
- RN: $35.10 – $39.89 per hour + shift differential
- Provide high‑quality nursing care to residents in Memory Care, Long‑Term Care, Assisted Living, and Health Care settings.
- Monitor residents’ health, administer medications, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
- Support residents’ physical, emotional, and social well‑being.
- Document care accurately and maintain compliance with all regulations.
- Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration across all levels of care.

Qualifications- Active LPN or RN license in Indiana.
- Experience in Memory Care/Alzheimer’s care is a plus.
- Compassionate, reliable, and dedicated to resident‑centered care.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple levels of care and adapt to changing resident needs.
