Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse - Nights

Bay Care Health Systems is seeking a Labor & Delivery RN to work on the Labor & Delivery unit eph’s South (SJS).

• Works in a hospital setting and independently cares for a group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards; delegates appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team; responsible for professional accountability and development.
• Collaborates and communicates with inter‑disciplinary care providers in developing and assisting in plan of care.
• Organizes, prioritizes, and updates plan of care in collaboration with patient, family, and significant others.
• Identifies patients at risk for injury regarding diagnosis, medication, procedure, age, etc., and prepares room environment.

• Registered Nurse license
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)

• Associate’s degree in Nursing
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing

• Registered Nurse license
• At least 6 months RN Labor & Delivery experience
• At least 1 year RN Labor & Delivery experience is strongly preferred
