We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) to join our team at a skilled nursing facility. If you are passionate about providing quality care and supporting residents in a long-term care setting, we’d love to connect with you!

Responsibilities
  • Administer medications to residents in accordance with state regulations and physician orders

  • Monitor residents for medication effectiveness and report any concerns

  • Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation

  • Work collaboratively with nursing staff to ensure the highest level of resident care

  • Follow all safety, infection control, and compliance standards

Qualifications
  • Active QMA certification in the state of Indiana (required)

  • Current CNA certification in good standing

  • Previous experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

  • Compassionate, reliable, and resident-focused

Salary/ Wage Range

Compensation for the role will depend on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
