** Responsibilities:
*** Provide leadership and oversight for the daily clinical and operational functions of the Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC).
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory, accreditation, OSHA, infection prevention, and patient safety standards while maintaining survey readiness.
* Lead quality assurance, risk management, performance improvement, and patient safety initiatives.
* Direct clinical staffing, scheduling, productivity, and workflow to ensure efficient operations and exceptional patient care.
* Recruit, train, coach, evaluate, and supervise clinical staff in collaboration with Human Resources and organizational leadership.
* Monitor and maintain staff competencies, continuing education, orientation, and performance management processes.
* Oversee inventory, equipment maintenance, medication management, narcotic accountability, and supply utilization.
* Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, and leadership to optimize patient outcomes, operational efficiency, and service excellence.
* Develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, and clinical standards in accordance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
* Serve as a clinical resource and operational leader, providing support during emergencies, staffing shortages, and complex patient care situations.
* Promote fiscal responsibility through effective resource management, productivity improvement, and cost-containment initiatives.
* Foster a positive, collaborative culture that reflects organizational values and service standards.

* Qualifications:

** Education/Certification/License:
* Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
* Current RN license in the State of Indiana.
* Must have CPR, PALS, and ACLS Certifications.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
* Previous related experience with demonstrated administration ability and surgical competence.
* Experience in pre, post and intra op preferred.
