Sr Advanced Quality Engineer

• Lead and drive advanced quality engineering initiatives to improve product quality and processes
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address quality issues
• Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality performance and efficiency

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
• 5+ years of experience in quality engineering or advanced quality roles within manufacturing or related industries.
• Strong expertise in quality tools such as Statistical Process Control (SPC), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and root cause analysis methodologies.
• Proficiency in data analysis software and quality management systems to drive data‑driven decision making and continuous improvement.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions effectively.

• Advanced degrees in Engineering, Quality Management, or related technical fields.
• Experience with Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or other process improvement methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a proactive approach to quality challenges.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements relevant to the industry.
• Ability to mentor and develop junior quality engineers and foster a culture of quality excellence.
