Masterbilt Precision Machining in South Bend, IN, seeks a Quality Lab Supervisor to oversee the Quality Lab and Inspection Department, lead technicians, and ensure customer and regulatory requirements are met. This role reports to the Quality Manager and drives timely release of conforming parts.
The position requires strong leadership, meticulous attention to detail, and proficiency with precision measuring tools, GD&T, and QA documentation. ISO 9001 experience is required or preferred.
