We are seeking a Quality Engineer to support manufacturing and engineering teams in ensuring product quality throughout development, launch,and ongoing production. This individual will play a key role inproblem-solving, continuous improvement, and maintaining quality standards across internal operations and supplier networks.
Key Responsibilities Product Launch& Process Development- Support new product introductions and manufacturing readiness
- Develop and maintain quality documentation (e.g., process flows, risk assessments,control plans, work instructions)
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth product launches and transitions into production
- Leadroot cause investigations related to internal and external quality concerns
- Analyze production and testing data to identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities
- Drive corrective and preventive actions across operations and supplier base
- Promote best practices in statistical analysis, process control, and problem-solving methodologies
- Partner with suppliers and internal teams to establish quality expectations and performance metrics
- Reviewand approve supplier submissions and corrective actions
- Support customer-facing quality initiatives, including issue resolution and reporting
- Travelas needed to support supplier or customer-related quality activities
- Serveas a subject matter expert in measurement systems, data analysis, and process capability
- Support implementation of tolerance strategies and engineering standards
- Ensure validation and verification methods are executed properly
- Support and maintain compliance with established quality management systems and standards
- Participate in internal audits and continuous improvement of quality processes
- Trackand analyze cost of quality metrics and drive improvement initiatives
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience with structured quality methodologies (e.g., APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA,etc.)
- Abilityto interpret technical data and make timely, informed decisions
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment (multi-process exposure preferred)
- Familiarity with supplier quality and customer-facing issue resolution
- Understanding of quality systems, audits, and compliance frameworks
- Experience with measurement systems, GD&T, and data-driven decision-making
- Continuous improvement or Six Sigma experience preferred
- Bachelor’sdegree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or related field
- 3+years of experience in a quality or manufacturing engineering role
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners
