We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Management Associate (QMA) to join our team in South Bend, IN. The ideal candidate will have experience in quality management processes and a strong commitment to maintaining high standards of product and service quality.

• Assist in the development and implementation of quality management systems and procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Identify quality issues and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve them.
• Maintain accurate documentation related to quality control and assurance activities.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
• Provide training and guidance on quality standards and best practices to team members.

• Proven experience as a Quality Management Associate (QMA) or in a similar quality assurance role.
• Strong knowledge of quality management principles and methodologies.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with relevant quality standards and regulatory requirements.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in quality management is a plus.
• Experience with quality management software and tools is preferred.
