This holiday season, The Exchange is transforming into Sippin’ Santa
, a tropical holiday bar experience filled with palm trees, tiki mugs, and Santa in a Hawaiian shirt. We’re looking for energetic and guest-focused servers to help spread the island-style holiday cheer!

As a Seasonal Server
, you’ll help deliver an unforgettable Sippin’ Santa experience — pairing exceptional service with playful holiday hospitality. You’ll ensure every guest feels the spirit of the season while enjoying The Exchange’s quality standards and festive atmosphere.

• Greet guests with warmth, enthusiasm, and a touch of holiday spirit.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately, ensuring timely service and guest satisfaction.
• Learn and recommend items from the Sippin’ Santa menu, including signature tiki cocktails and festive bites.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the service areas and assist teammates as needed.
• Communicate clearly with bartenders and kitchen staff to deliver a seamless guest experience.
• Adhere to responsible alcohol service and health safety standards.

• Prior serving experience in a bar or restaurant environment preferred.
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
• Friendly, energetic, and enjoys working in a lively environment.
• Passion for hospitality and willingness to embrace the tropical holiday vibe.

• Type: Seasonal position (November–January)
• Location: The Exchange – South Bend, IN

• Must be 21+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid Indiana Alcohol Server Permit required
