Sky Dine is seeking a dynamic and motivated Gift Shop Manager to lead our team and ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our travelers.

• Oversee daily operations of the gift shop, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
• Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers with their purchases and inquiries.
• Manage and train staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking to maintain optimal product availability.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Collaborate with management and vendors to enhance the store's offerings and promotions.

• Proven experience in a retail or customer service role, with at least 1-2 years of supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail‑oriented and organized, with a focus on delivering top‑notch customer service.
• Proficiency in point‑of‑sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet the demands of the airport's busy schedule.

• Competitive hourly wage of $55,000-$65,000 per year depending on experience.
