Counter Sales Representative - Waterworks

Overview

Counter Sales Representative – Working rting hourly pay $25, may be higher based on experience. Schedule Monday‑Friday, 7:30AM–4:30PM with some overtime as needed.

• Provide advice to customers regarding best products to fit their needs.
• Process orders via the order management system.
• Operate cash registers and follow established cash handling procedures.
• Prepare and stage orders for customer pickup.
• Maintain store appearance and merchandising standards as advised.
• Ensure merchandise is restocked and placed in their respective areas.
• Maintain a safe working environment, including the correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400lbs.

• 2–5 years of customer service experience (preferred).
• Experience in Waterworks or Construction (plus).
• Prior warehouse experience (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of products (preferred).
• General computer skills, including Microsoft Office (required).
• Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise.
• General math skills for cash accounting.
• Ability to learn quickly.
• Excellent decision‑making and communication skills.
• Pre‑employment drug and background screening required.

• Hourly: $15.00 – $25.39 (range may differ by location).
