Goodwill-Industries in South Bend, IN seeks a Donation Associate to greet donors, sort, price, tag, and stock donations for the sales floor. You will track inventory, restock merch, and assist customers at the register, supporting a fast-paced retail environment and upholding our mission and Kaizen standards.
This role reports to the Store Manager and involves lifting up to 50 lbs. Ideal candidates have excellent customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to learn donation policies
