Merchandiser, Retail

Jacent Strategic Merchandising seeks a field Merchandiser to execute in-store merchandising programs for major retailers. In this role, you will travel between assigned stores, set and reset impulse and category displays, follow detailed planograms, and ensure shelves are clean, stocked, and properly priced. You'll gather basic inventory and display data, report store conditions, and partner with store staff to support promotions.

This hands-on, fast-paced position offers a sign-on bonus, training, and growth potential in merchandising and retail operations.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise Jacent products in assigned retail stores to planogram standards
• Set, reset, and maintain displays, fixtures, and impulse merchandising locations
• Ensure shelves are stocked, priced, and properly signed
• Collect basic store and inventory data to support category management
• Communicate store conditions, opportunities, and execution issues to supervisors
• Follow retailer and company safety, appearance, and conduct policies
• Build relationships with store personnel to support execution and promotions
• Travel between locations within assigned territory on a regular route
