We are seeking a motivated, early-career Account Executive who is eager to build a successful sales career in a performance-driven environment. This role is ideal for someone who is competitive, coachable, and excited to learn consultative B2B sales while earning uncapped commissions and long-term residual income.
You will receive industry-leading training, hands-on coaching, and ongoing support as you learn how to engage business owners, identify opportunities, and deliver real value to customers. This is a strong opportunity to develop professionally, gain confidence in sales, and grow into a top-performing role with significant earning potential.
Key Responsibilities- Learn and execute the full sales cycle from prospecting to close and onboarding
- Engage business owners and decision-makers in consultative sales conversations
- Identify customer shipping challenges and present cost-saving solutions
- Assist in preparing cost-benefit analyses and sales proposals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and satisfaction
- Train customers on InXpress’ shipping technology platform
- Work toward monthly sales goals with support from leadership and mentors
- Sales experience preferred but not required; internships or customer-facing roles are a plus
- Strong desire to learn, improve, and build a long-term sales career
- Coachable mindset with a competitive and goal-oriented attitude
- Comfortable communicating with customers and asking questions
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required
