As a Membership Sales Associate, you are the face of Gentle Wave Car Wash. You play a key role in helping customers understand the value of our membership plans while ensuring every visit feels welcoming, smooth, and positive.
We’re looking for friendly, competitive, and driven individuals who enjoy talking with people, setting goals, and taking pride in their performance.
Responsibilities- Deliver an outstanding customer experience by greeting guests warmly, maintaining a positive attitude, and inviting them back
- Educate customers on wash options and membership benefits
- Engage with customers on-site by answering questions and offering assistance
- Work toward daily, weekly, and monthly membership sales goals
- Share ideas and best practices that help improve membership performance
- Handle cash and register transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional site
- Complete side work, housekeeping tasks, and other duties as assigned
- Work as part of a team that values collaboration and positivity
- Follow all safety policies and procedures
- Perform basic to intermediate technology-related tasks as needed

- Must be at least 18 years old (students are welcome)
- Sales experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs individually and assist with heavier items (100+ lbs) as a team
- Ability to stand and work on your feet for up to 8 hours
- Ability to kneel, crouch, or work in tight spaces
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays as needed
- $15/hour, based on experience
