Outside Sales Account Manager - Industrial Component Service and Repair

Develop new business and manage relationships with existing customers in the assigned territory. This is a sales position covering South Bend, IN and surrounding areas, requiring a home‑based presence in the vicinity.

• Work with manager to create sales plan for new customers and maintain existing accounts
• Build and maintain long‑term business relationships
• Full cycle prospecting: qualification of leads, cold calls, sales presentations
• Make in‑person sales calls to existing customers and new prospects
• Collaborate with customer service and technical support teams to meet goals
• Utilize tools, resources and CRM to plan and manage time and territory

• High school diploma or GED
• Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing or engineering OR 2‑year technical degree in an industrial discipline, mechanics or related field is preferred
• 2+ years industrial sales experience, preference for experience selling repair services within electronics, hydraulics, robotics, servos, and/or mechanical components
• Experience with rebuilding and repair of hydraulic equipment of mobile and industrial machinery is a plus
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
• Computer proficiency required
• Valid driver’s license
• Overnight travel may be required
• Must be able to make on‑site customer visits in industrial settings and drive moderate to long distances
• At times may need to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs
