Maintenance Sales Representative

Salesperson

Havel is looking for a Salesperson responsible for HVAC and automation systems maintenance sales contracts with commercial, industrial, educational and institutional clients in the Northwest Indiana and Southwest Michigan area.

• Develop and maintain technical relationships with customers, traveling regionally.
• Expand sales for existing contract customers.
• Identify potential opportunities with existing and new customers.
• Convert leads into opportunities by identifying the appropriate sales course of action.
• Develop multiple relationships with buying influences within the customer's organization, such as the facility manager, project managers, or purchasing agent.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Experience in sales and marketing.
• Knowledge of financial‑based sales.
• HVAC, mechanical, and controls systems knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with common computer and Microsoft programs/software.
• Strong process management, decision‑making, process improvement, and customer service skills.
• Regular and reliable attendance, including the ability to work extended hours and weekends as required.
