Customer Development Representative

The Tone:

This role is crucial for increasing sales within existing customer accounts, driving organic growth and profitability by selling additional products and services.

• Client Support:
  Assist existing clients by identifying opportunities and offering additional services, products, and solutions.
• Market Strategy:
  Work with the Customer Service team to develop strategies aimed at further developing Uni First’s market share.
• Client Presentations:
  Conduct presentation meetings with potential clients as needed.
• Activity Tracking:
  Achieve a weekly target of 80 activities, which includes 8 Facility Needs Analysis meetings.
• Sales Quota:
  Complete 3 presentations and secure 1 sale per week.

• Background:
  Entry-Level. High school diploma is required; a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree is preferred.
• Experience:
  
  Prior outside business-to-business sales or route sales experience is preferred.
• Skills:
  
  Proficiency with Mobile Technology, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM software.
• Bonus:
  Individuals who drive their personal vehicles for business purposes will be required to comply with Uni First’s minimum auto insurance requirements.
