• ns Proven experience in industrial B2B sales management or senior sales roles within electric motor servicing/repair, electrical motion products, or electrical drive system
• s.Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication skills when engaging plant managers, maintenance directors, and procurement decision-maker
• s.Demonstrated ability in prospecting, account development, and building long-term customer relationships in a technical sales environmen
• t.Knowledge of AC/DC motors, variable frequency drives, servo systems, motor repair processes, and related industrial equipmen
• t.Proficiency in sales management tasks such as pipeline management, forecasting, territory planning, and CRM utilizatio
