Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, review visitor and/or vendor access, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas.;
Respond to incidents, access issues, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting activity and reporting concerns according to site procedures.;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the location, including the perimeter, gates, parking areas, and shipping and receiving zones, as working environments and conditions may vary by site.;
Support security-related operations by communicating with site personnel, tracking arrivals and departures, and following post instructions for deliveries, trailers, and/or other access-related activity.
