Provide customer service to staff, patients, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing details with appropriate site contacts;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including building interiors, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter spaces, helping to identify unusual activity and/or conditions that may need attention;
Monitor assigned areas for security-related concerns such as unauthorized access, policy violations, and/or maintenance-related issues, and report findings according to post instructions;
Support healthcare location operations by assisting with visitor directions, screening-related procedures when assigned, and other security-related duties aligned with daily site needs
