Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, patients, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of facility interiors, exteriors, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas.;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and assist with directing guests to appropriate areas.;
Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership.;
Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner.
