Today we are looking for a Full Time - Year Round Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team at Indian Springs Apartments in South Bend, Indiana.

Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM day shift hours, on-call 1 week every 6 weeks
Full Time - Year Round work. No layoffs and overtime potential available!

• $17- $19/HR
• Yearly raises up to 5%
• Quarterly maintenance bonus structure, up to $3,000.00 Per Year!
• On-Call Bonus, $100.00 a week when on-call. Min 1.5 hours of pay for any call.
• $50.00 On Call Bonus paid per day for any major holiday worked
• 401k planning and pre-tax contributions including a3% matching component.

• 2+ years’ experience in apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, painting, general construction or equivalent (we can train you!)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to help with on call and with snow removal
