Overview

Retail Display Installer – Technology in South Bend, IN. Drive up to 90 miles from home. Work Monday–Friday (weekends not required). Salary: $16.50 per hour. Next‑day pay on demand with Daily Pay. Paid drive time and mileage reimbursement.

• Respond quickly to field services management (within 24 hours) and keep availability updated.
• Complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates.
• Install and build displays, end caps, and fixtures; conduct break‑fix repairs.
• Maintain and update displays according to planograms and client requests.
• Complete required forms, images, and surveys before leaving the job site.
• Participate in early‑morning installations and team installs (2+ people).
• Manage virtual software and ensure successful execution of related tasks and timelines.
• Assist teammates, adhere to timecard submission timelines, and report anomalies daily.
• Work independently in a fast‑paced environment; complete training and certification programs.
• Accurately track, record, and communicate activity via designated workflows.
• Accept and schedule all assigned jobs within 48 hours of receipt.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with the shared services team, clients, and retailers.
• Demonstrate professionalism, effective communication, and leadership in representing the company.
• Ensure customer and client satisfaction meets or exceeds shared‑service KPIs.

• Age / Eligibility – Must be 18 or older and authorized to work in the United States.
• Availability – Flexible Monday‑Friday, weekend and holiday availability, early morning and late‑night as needed. Must maintain a minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period.
• Physical Abilities – Climb ladders up to 10 ft., lift up to 60 lbs., kneel, walk, crouch, bend, and reach overhead.
• Adaptability – Adjust to changing tasks and work environments.
• Communication Skills – Effective phone, text, and email communication; use smartphone for clock‑in/out, photo upload, and app interaction.
• Education – High school diploma or equivalent (required). Retail or merchandising experience beneficial.
• Experience – Preferred installation and merchandising experience. Proficiency with hand and power tools; follow planogram directives.
• Technology – Own Android or Apple mobile device; navigate communication platforms independently.
• Transportation – Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and ability to travel up to 90 miles from home.
• Leadership & Communication – Strong professional communication, presentation, decision‑making, and problem‑solving skills.
