ROLE PURPOSE (Why This Seat Exists)
The Carpenter is responsible for delivering high‑quality carpentry craftsmanship in the restoration of residential and commercial properties damaged by fire, water, storm, or other disasters. This role ensures structures are rebuilt safely, efficiently, and to Monroe Restoration quality standards. The Carpenter supports Operations by restoring structural components and finishes so properties can be returned to their pre‑loss condition.

Restoration Technicians, Water Technicians, Team Coordinators, Project Managers, and Subcontractors
ACCOUNTABILITIES
Carpentry Excellence – The Monroe Proven Process
Perform framing, trim work, finish carpentry, drywall installation, and other structural repairs required to restore damaged properties to pre‑loss condition.
Quality & Detail- Ensure all carpentry work meets Monroe Restoration craftsmanship standards and building code requirements.
- Complete assigned work safely, efficiently, and according to project schedules while following OSHA and company safety protocols.
- Interact professionally with homeowners and property managers while maintaining a respectful and professional presence on job sites.
